Monica White brings more than a decade of experience in compliance, governance, and operational leadership to her campaign for Boone County Clerk.
Her background spans human resources, government-aligned contract work, nonprofit executive leadership, and legislative advocacy. Throughout her career, she has built systems that are accurate, auditable, and accountable — always with the understanding that public-facing institutions must function with structure and integrity.
She has worked in highly regulated industries where documentation standards and confidentiality protocols were mandatory. The Clerk’s Office safeguards records that impact families, businesses, and legal outcomes. Monica has already operated in environments where accuracy and discretion were non-negotiable.
